The Consul General of South Africa, Amb. Nomvume P. Magaqa, visited schools in Limpopo that are part of the Link Community Development South Africa initiative.  The Consul General’s participation was done in coordination with the Linking Dreams Project, which seeks to raise funds for the youth in South Africa. The Linking Dreams Project was developed out of the desire of the South African Consulate General of Chicago to engage people in a project that will inspire the dreams and aspirations of thousands of children in South Africa.  A Chicago-based initiative, The Linking Dreams Project is raising funds to deliver solar technology, computers, Internet, soccer equipment, and soccer teams to schools in rural South Africa.
